I bulldozed the lot and the terrain and the smoke was still there. If you enter build mode from the map, the smoke is not there. Only one had smoke and that smoke stays in the original location and will not go away.
What happens when the bug occurs? I renovated the build, moved the chimneys. Go back into live mode, it is still there. From there go into build mode and delete the chimneys.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Go to the Thebe Estate in live mode. What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All of them.
